Prescora is a clinic management software platform that provides tools for digital prescription generation, appointment scheduling, patient record management, billing, and practice analytics. The Platform is intended for use by licensed healthcare professionals and their authorized staff.

3. User Eligibility and Registration

By registering on Prescora, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• All information provided during registration is accurate and truthful
• If registering as a doctor or healthcare professional, you hold valid and current professional credentials as required by applicable laws and regulatory bodies
• You will maintain the accuracy of your account information

4. Disclaimer — User Verification

Prescora is a software platform that provides clinic management tools to registered users. Prescora does not verify, validate, or authenticate the professional credentials, medical qualifications, registration status, or identity of any user who registers on the Platform as a doctor, physician, or healthcare professional.

The Platform relies on self-declared information provided by users during registration. Prescora does not conduct background checks, credential verification, or regulatory compliance audits on any user account.

Prescora shall not be held responsible or liable for any misrepresentation of professional credentials, unauthorized practice of medicine, or any actions taken by users of the Platform. Patients and third parties are advised to independently verify the credentials of any healthcare professional they engage with.

5. Disclaimer — Medicine Database

Prescora integrates a third-party medicine master database to assist healthcare professionals with drug name suggestions, dosage information, and related clinical data. This database is provided on an "as-is" basis for informational and reference purposes only.

Prescora does not independently verify, validate, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any medicine name, composition, dosage, interaction, or contraindication data sourced from this third-party database.

It is the sole responsibility of the prescribing physician or healthcare professional to independently verify all medicine-related information before issuing any prescription to a patient.

Prescora shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the medicine database, nor for any adverse outcomes, medical complications, or claims arising from reliance on such data without independent professional verification.

6. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Platform, you agree to:

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable medical regulations
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Independently verify all medicine names, dosages, interactions, and clinical data before prescribing
• Ensure all patient data entered is accurate and obtained with proper consent
• Comply with all applicable data protection and healthcare regulations
• Not share your account access with unauthorized individuals
• Not use the Platform to engage in any fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activity

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, source code, features, and content (excluding user-generated data), is the intellectual property of Prescora. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for its intended purpose during their active subscription.

8. Data Ownership

Users retain ownership of all patient data, prescriptions, and clinical records they create on the Platform. Prescora acts as a data processor and does not claim ownership of user-generated clinical content. Refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed data handling practices.

9. Subscription and Payment

• Prescora offers a free trial period for new users
• After the trial expires, continued access to the Platform requires an active subscription
• Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Prescora reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Prescora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• Prescora does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform
• Prescora is not liable for any clinical decisions made using the Platform
• Prescora is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prescora, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Account Termination

Prescora reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Misrepresent professional credentials
• Abuse the Platform or its services

Users may request account deletion at any time by contacting support.

13. Modifications to Terms

Prescora reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
