Prescora shall not be held responsible or liable for any misrepresentation of professional credentials, unauthorized practice of medicine, or any actions taken by users of the Platform. Patients and third parties are advised to independently verify the credentials of any healthcare professional they engage with.

Prescora integrates a third-party medicine master database to assist healthcare professionals with drug name suggestions, dosage information, and related clinical data. This database is provided on an "as-is" basis for informational and reference purposes only.

Prescora does not independently verify, validate, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any medicine name, composition, dosage, interaction, or contraindication data sourced from this third-party database.

It is the sole responsibility of the prescribing physician or healthcare professional to independently verify all medicine-related information before issuing any prescription to a patient.

Prescora shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the medicine database, nor for any adverse outcomes, medical complications, or claims arising from reliance on such data without independent professional verification.
